I will call it AU58- the fields are fairly clean and lustrous but there is a slight muting of the luster. The curl above the ears shows slight rubs as does the eagles breast. I am impressed by the relative lack of bagmarks and would prefer this coin to any MS60-62 example, without the touch of wear it would probably make MS64.
