Large Copper Coin? | Tunisia 5 Or 10 Centimes 1892

So I have three coins with similar markings, two large (around the size of a large Penny) one slightly smaller.

All are worn, almost, beyond recognition. They do have the common repeating dots around the edge. And it appears to be some characters that appear to be middle eastern in style.

Dare I say SAP to the rescue?

Tunisia 5 or 10 centimes, type with "Ali" legend, 1891~93.

Yep, and this one is dated 1309 (Islamic calendar), or 1892 AD.
