Pictures are shifted to the touch of the blurry side but what can be seen may be worse in hand - with the supplied pics MS63 - but in hand may be MS62. Still a very nice quarter!

Ms-63. I would personally think it is better in hand due to the light reflecting of of the bag marks.

Given the photos posted, I'd say MS62+. Grade could move down or up if photos showed a little less glare and were a bit more sharp.
