It is an antoninianus by Diocletian, 291-295 AD, either Heraclea or Antioch, either of these two:
RIC V 284 (Heraclea): http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.....284?lang=en
RIC V 322 (Antioch): http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.....322?lang=en

Your coin is from Cyzicus-- RIC VI Cyzicus 15a

You can tell it is from Cyzicus because of K Γ on reverse between Victory and Jupiter-- K stands for Kyzikos
