2019 P Guam American Memorial Die Chip?

At the top left corner of the first flag west of the girl looks to be a die chip, but is odd shaped. So I am asking the experts what they think. Report this Post to the Staff

Recall that a die chip occurs when the metal of the planchet flows into this extra space of the die during the striking. As such it will take whatever shape as the piece of missing metal from the die.
