What one might think are scratches are actually die polish lines. NGC no-problem holder with CAC.

MS-64 PL. Reverse has 2 perpendicular scratches on the bell prevents it to go higher.

AU-Details improper cleaning/graffiti

Edit:My reading skills are only slightly better than my grading skills. I cant guess now because I saw everyone elses guess, and it will influence mine. Why isn't that mark around Franklins chest considered graffiti? Thats from the die?

MS65 PL. Showing some strike weakness there. With a decent amount of planchet marks still visible and softness around the bell lines, I wouldn't call this FBL.
Rest in Peace
