As you all know, I am not into matching dies.
So when it comes to ID coins like this, I absolutely know very little except what THE 1 cent varieties Charlton shows. The famous brown book.
Question is this: could this coin be a DP#5?
thanks guys for your help
H

A D/P5 has a large D/C starting above the R in Regina, then splits in 3, with one heavy D/C traveling to the A in Gratia and one goes back through Regina. There's a very easily seen underpunch arc in the upper loop about 2/3 of the way up in the inside of the upper loop. A Zoell R2b. Yours is not a #5.

Yes, I meant the DP #5. The subject coin has lots of Vicky crud so it is hard to determine.
thank you both. This coin is for sale at a dealers site overseas. A friend alerted me to it.
I was sort of considering buying it, but will not do so now.
thank you again for your help.
