Is there any additional value for the coins that have remained in the original priority Mail boxes?
No.

How do I sell all these coins in such a way that allows me to not be ripped off?
This depends on how quickly your are looking to sell them, how much effort you are willing to put into their sale and making sure you have the correct expectations for their selling price.
Many dealers would likely be willing to purchase the group from you, but would typically not pay more than 50-60% of the current retail price. Dealers need to make a profit on what they buy, so you shouldn't expect to get "retail selling price" offers from them. If you go this route, I would not take the coins to a gold/silver buyer or a pawn shop as they would very likely pay even less. (I've heard some sad stories about the prices offered by these types of businesses!)
If you are willing to put in the time and effort, you could sell them on
ebay, one or two at a time. You will likely get the full, current retail for each but will have to pay a seller's fee that will reduce your total. In the end, however, you will likely net more vs. selling to a dealer. If you go this route, I would not list them in large groups or all of them at the same time - spacing them out a bit will yield you the best results.
Good luck!
