Since this is in the grading forum, I'll throw at MS66 at it. I think the late die state and the hit by the mouth bring this one down a bit for me.

Ah... My bad. Early in the morning. I'll go with a strong MS66. A little less glare might show more.

I found a 96 W in pocket change a couple of months ago. I've been checking change for almost 50 years and that was my first W dime, coincidence ? Where are you located ? Central Texas here.

Angle is bad but nice pictures. MS66 in my opinion. the significant nicks on obverse and reverse will keep it from higher, otherwise strong strike and well centered.

 MS 66 to MS 67. BTW, the 1996 W Roosevelt was only available is the US Mint Uncirculated Set.
