I have a ten cash coin that has the back all scratched as to remove the design and then SSIR been stamped instead. Any ideas what it is or why?

@xuk, first welcome to CCF. Second, these so-called maverick counterstamps are typically impossible to track down. I'd recommend that you cross-post this coin on our "post a counterstamp" thread just in case someone might have seen something similar. Here is a link:
