1895 IHC Cracked Die Or Damaged?

Interesting find. I believe this is a cracked die because the line follows the contour of the strike onto the planchet. Or am I completely off and is this damaged?

As JohnH444 noted, a Die Crack would be raised, those lines are incuse.
