I found this coin in a roll of quarters and it immediately caught my eye. It's very shiny and looks like it's barley ever been touched since the day it was made Any grading advice on this? Or any opinions on this coin?

I'm pretty sure that only proofs had the S mint mark during that time, so it should be a proof quarter (possibly silver, although I doubt it due to the color of the edge). That's just my guess, I'd wait to see how others think once some more people chime in.
