It's best to post only one coin per topic. That way everyone will be commenting on only one coin.

I don't see anything I would consider an error here. The top coin seems to have damage from a Coin Wrapping Machine as evident in the circle scratched into the obverse.

What questions do you have? Do you see something that you think is an error?

I just checked, there are no doubled die listed for this year on either mints DDO or DDR. So they are just spender change.
