I would not say that its in perfect condition. Its has been circulated. Also it looks like its been cleaned.
"Perfect" is a stupid description for a coin as it implies no knowledge of how to grade etc.

Cleaned and VF - still decent. Yes maybe its not perfect but I think Echidna you could be a lot less arrogant.
We should be encouraging people to collect coins, not scaring them off with arrogance and blasting them for not having exactamundo knowledge of things.
Warmth and encouragement should come along with education.

it definitely very nice coin and would be something that would be in people collection, however not perfect ;) it is 200 year old survival rate would be quite low most of these found closer to the VG-poor range this aVF or VF+.
