1976 D Dime Error Or Not ? I'm Clueless

The coin shows lots of shearing and metal movement that wouldn't be found on an error coin. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T!
