This came from an uncirculated roll that I been scouring through and carding. I wish this was a chip or other because it would be better as a 3rd branch than a blister, which, unless I am mistaken, this example shows, yes?

IMO a die chip or a plating blister carry the same importance.
Unfortunately they are generally negative -- annoying production irregularities from the Mint.
