After letting my collection sit in a safe deposit box for the last 20 years or so, I pulled them out this holidy season for an inventory and a look see. What I found....

$1 1928B Crisp Unc
$1 1957 Star Note Crisp Unc
$2 1928F Crisp Unc
$1 1935A S Exper. worn, but nice
$1 1935A R Exper. Worn , but nice

My question is this? Should I get the Uncirculated bills put into holders and graded? The thought of paper bills not being protected very well worries me and also it appears they are somewhat valuable.

The Duke, who's glad to be back into the fold.

I think you should definitely at least preserve these two, since they're a part of a set.

As for the UNC ones, it's up to you, but I don't think the 1957* merits enough to get it graded.

Welcome The_Duke
I wish I had that collection of notes ,as far as putting them into holders,i am guessing they are at least in Mylar holders right now but I think you should do some research into them before you spend any money on having them "slabbed".
