It appears to be an 1800 Silver Maundy penny. Difficult to tell whether it is genuine or not without handling. They are not specially rare - the 1800 set is one of the more common. No mention of a dot on the "1" is mentioned in ESC - it could be an unrecorded variation, a mint error, or a giveaway for a fake.
Assuming it is genuine, it would be worth £15 to £30 depending on finding someone who needs it for a set.
