Would This Be A Cud On This 2008 Penny

I'm just trying to learn. And what about that dark round ring what would cause that. Would it be an error or just damaged. Report this Post to the Staff

I've seen a few with very large areas that have raised fields. Take a wooden toothpick and see if that area will flex or depress. It's not really going to make a difference in value, but I'm curious. If it does not move under the pressure of the toothpick, it's almost certain that it's just a stain as the other members have noted. Please let me know what you find.
