Is this broadstruck? or a misaligned die? I'm stuck at how the obverse appears off center butt he reverse doesn't, but there is a bit of a lip, around the observe at K=2. Thoughts appreciated.

Take another Indian cent and align it with the coin in question, if the coin in question is bigger, than its likely be broadstruck.

Just found the caliper and my good scale: here's my report. The diameter and weight are 100% normal. What is NOT normal, is that the rim is thinner at K=7 and proportionally thicker at k=1. I've seen a couple misaligned die errors but don't recall noticing this effect. But since the diameter is spot on, I know it's not broadstruck. Thoughts?

Ok good to know on the diameter. Any chance of you taking new pics that are brighter and with the coin taken out of the 2x2?
