I'm new to coin hunting and I'm really fascinated by error coins. I just bought my microscope and I'm pretty sure I found my first double die on this SRB quarter, if its truly DD Should I get it graded?

I agree, Machine Doubling, and no, not worth having it graded. Save your money.

70% of these quarters show Machine Doubling on this area. No listings on a DDR on these devices. The DDRs are on the central design devices. Same on the obverse designs. Your looking in the wrong areas for the doubled dies.
