This coin is 26mm and weighs 10.4 grams. It "looks" to me like he has a goatee? I think the reverse is Tyche holding a globe?

Hard to make out the obverse legend, but appears it may be, from 10:00: Λ CEΠ CEYHΡOC Π. This would make it Septimius Severus, I believe. Not sure which city. Looks like Tyche with rudder and cornucopia for the reverse.
