I don't think it is, but I wanted to post it here just to make sure. I see something going on above and maybe to the left of the D mint mark.

Also, I have a newer penny that definitely has some kind of error that I'll post tomorrow (I didn't want to spam with three posts at once).

A RPM should be above the field and be in the shape of a mintmark punch.

Part of the RPM can disappear from field polishing, but the shape often remains. The stronger the RPM, the more desirable they are.
