Hello everyone,
I think this is a Sasanian coin but I am not sure about the mint location and ruler on the coin.
Can anyone shed some light regarding this coin's ID ?

It's actually an anonymous Arab-Sasanian issue from Tabaristan with the Persian word afzut replacing the 'Abbasid governor's name on the obverse, struck c. 780-793. The denomination is a hemidrachm, sometimes called a Tabari drachm. On the reverse, the date is on the left and the mint name "Tabaristan" on the right.
