1914 $5 Gold Piece - Please Give Opinions On Grade

Thanks for the welcomes and for the intuitive comments, appreciated. I collected many years ago, as a teen, then life got in the way. Sold off y entire collection during the gold/silver boom in '80, and always pined to start again. It has been a very steep curve indeed. This coin was purchased from a dealer on the west coast as MS62, not graded by a TP of course. I would not buy it today, a year later and definitely overpaid. I know there is a lot of dialogue both ways of TPG, but for a novice like me I feel less concerned when the piece comes with a pro opinion!
