Your best bet would to be to phone ICCS and find out if your cert matches the coin that is in the holder. Report this Post to the Staff

You can see on the front page of the website https://ICCScoin.ca/ I don't know why they made the switch and started using no - in the grade but when I first saw them I thought the same thing as you.
