Way too pixilated to tell anything. You are better off with with smaller and clearer photos.
Also include a photo of the complete coin.

We need photos of the entire coin, both sides, then SHARP closeups of the area in question, then TELL US where exactly you see doubling. only then will we be able to help you. Make no mistake, we really do want to help you, we just need to see what's going on.

You can try taking pictures of the whole coin and cropping them down without zooming in so much on your camera phone. Sometimes we can see enough on those pictures. Phones don't take good close ups without help from a magnifier.

My iPhone is an older model (8) and it does just fine. I zoom in to about 6X and the images are perfect for what we need to see except for extreme closeups. Photographing coins isn't easy, but with time you'll get the hang of it. If you do use a microscope, please no screen shots, they're usually too pixelated.
