Reverse in Chinese reads Fukien but Obverse in English reads Kiangnan.

Conclusion: highly likely fake.

Fake Chinese dollars are commonly encountered. Fake Chinese 20 cent pieces (which is what this coin purports to be) are much less commonly seen, but this thread proves they do indeed exist. Thank you for posting it!

I have documented 71 fake 20 cent pieces, but we don't see them very often here.
Yes they do exist.
