NGC gave it MS65, I saw other MS65's that didn't hold a candle to this coin. IMO, this coin should have rec'd MS66. NGC is far too harsh on Lincolns in their zest to compete with PCGS. I note some stuff in the jacket, but either way they're rendering an opinion of Lincoln's tailor rather than the quality of the coin. I'd get into that one for 65 money any day of the week.
