hello
On the observe side you can see on the lower left side and lower right side the coin is whiter than the other part. Is it an error or a type of patina ?
on the reverse a piece of metal is missing and another extra piece on the other side is it an error?

To me, the obverse just looks like variations in the toning. I can't say anything about what you're seeing on the reverse (I'll leave that to the error experts...).

It could be an improper alloy blend bit not enough to call it an error.
