Unfortunately I can't tell what date it is...the date is cut off.

I'm assuming the coin sticks to a magnet. Very nice example. I have no idea on values. Foreign buyers can be fickle.

Well, I can say that is one gorgeous looking error . It almost looks like it was struck off center and then became a capped-die, where this coin got stuck on the obverse die creating brockages on the next series of coins. This date can only be from 1920-1922. As to value, it would probably fairly high.

It doesn't look capped. It looks like the planchet was larger than the die and it folded around the die. The reverse doesn't look deformed from hitting any additional planchet.
The metal is iron.

I'd love to see the TPGers try to find a slab for it...Very NEAT coin.... Value I'd put in a bid @ 50.00 for it if I saw it on ebay
