I'd say TB in a French catalogue, equivalent roughly to a UK Fine.

I suspect the appearance of cleaning is just the bright light shining on the centre of the coin.

Yup I have a lamp on middle I have a microscope coming from Florida but impatient to wait for it to get here coins a lot browner then pics.

F-15 details, appears to have been cleaned and has a large scratch on the reverse.

My mother said it might have been cleaned when she first got it it was the normal thing to do when they collected back in the 60s but hasn't been cleaned since then.
