It looks uncirculated, but I'm not sure about exact grade. It's a silver bullion coin, so it's worth at least its melt value which would be about $1.40. However, these Mexican Libertads and fractions like this retain a fairly high premium. I found this one that sold on ebay:

Hard to grade when they are in a holder. Probably MS-65 on this one.
