I couldn't help ordering "The Coin Collector" album for my Franklin half dollars. It was only $13 postage paid which I believe is roughly half price of any other comparable coin albums. Has anyone out there owned this brand and are they any good?

I'm not trying to be rude, but asking about the quality of an item after you've already purchased it seems a bit backwards to me.

In any case, there is usually a reason why something is noticeably cheaper than similar products. Generally, when a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is.

Of course, I could be 100% wrong here and the album might turn out to be great.

I look forward to reading your thoughts about the album once you have it hand.

I figured for $13 it is worth a try. I just thought someone out there may have insight in how it holds up compared to a Dansco or Whitman. Not really first impressions of the Album. I use Lighthouse and air tites on my Morgan's and Peace. That gets a little speedy to use them on everything.
I have a complete Kennedy set in a Whitman where a number of the coins are tuning an undesirable brown. I'm wanting to avoid that issue again but that's another topic.. I should probably stick to air tites.
