Mind you the catelogue price would be outdated anyway, as you know. I like it, I personally would pay about $30au for it. Then again it may go much higher all depending on interest. I decided I best have a scout round on the net to see if I could find out if it is worth anything, I found a site that said about it having 3 leopards on the crest originally which was an error by the minters, apparently the majority were recalled and melted down to be re minted with the correct 3 lions. Now to me that sounds like its quite rare and as I know nothing about coins I dont know if that story actually makes it valuable or just a more collectable item? please can someone let me know if I'm sitting on a lil gem or have loads of collectors got one of these! ? lol Report this Post to the Staff
