This is definitely a 1917. The bottom of the left drapery was the clue we used way back when.

Well I don't know what happened to the meat of this post, that I thought I'd posted, but I'll try it again. I never checked my slicks before selling as melt. Someone on here once posted his 1916 no dates, I believe he had 5 or 6?
