Scotland Mary Bawbee - No Cinquefoils - Help Please

Captal New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 06/30/2021 08:23 am Hi, Need help with this Mary Bawbee. It is missing the cinquefoils on the reverse. I am having trouble finding a reference for it. Is this a variety or an error? 21mm, 1.55 grams Thanks in advance. Report this Post to the Staff

PaddyB Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 945 Posts	Posted 06/30/2021 11:48 am I don't know for sure, but two lines from my book on Scottish coins, may help: "As previous but cinquefoils are closed or voided." and further down: "Many varieties of all the above issues exist and muling of varieties is not uncommon.
