From what I can see in your picture, it looks like the letters TY in LIBERTY are missing and there is some slight wear on the hair line. If the letters are all there than I'll say this coin would grade AU-58, if not than EF-45.

scubu,

Those 86-O's are notoriously mushy and you usually can't make out breast feathers on MS63 coins and the hair above the ear is always flat. Without a larger picture I can differentiate between AU55 or MS64.

Seeing those in the USCG slabs I could almost guarantee they are "cleaned" MS60 details. They have a horrible reputation for quality and most importantly, integrity. Are you the seller or a potential buyer?
