Without anymore information it's worth one cent. What are you seeing other than a reverse image of the reverse?
Are you holding it up in front of a mirror or using a reverse negative picture of the reverse? just curious as how you made it because it definitely did not come from the mint

Whatever it is, it isn't a genuine coin so there is no numismatic value to it.

Coins are struck from a metal die that can only create one image... and well, this ain't it.

My guess would be a well made fake, possibly foreign. That dog might hunt.
