One retailer, Skyline Coins, is notorious for advertising gem BU coins but when you get them they had been gold plated, completely destroying any value it may have had. Report this Post to the Staff

usc96 Valued Member United States 291 Posts	Posted 08/13/2021 11:38 am There was an Indian Head cent that the US mint inadvertently stamped out using a $2.5 planchet that was a perennial numismatic item with a top dollar asking price on ebay about 5-10 years ago.
