I have these 2 coins as well. They were supposedly passed down from generation to generation. I'm really not sure but there are some cool stories behind these coins. Either way they are awesome to me. Thanks again for the help.

@edge, best practice is to start a new thread for each new coin so I'm splitting this post off of your other thread. Just to be clear, can you please confirm that your first two pics are showing opposite sides of the coins? They are looking pretty much identical so I'm not sure.

Confusing post since it's unclear if we're just seeing the same side of each coin in both pictures. In any event, they look like cast fakes.

The left coin should be bronze. For comparison:

The pictures definitely show the same side; the imperfections match.
I think they should both be in bronze, but the pictures aren't clear enough to suggest they definitely aren't.

The right coin is supposed to be this type. Apparently there are multiple options for the left coin.

If it makes you feel any better Edgewood76 here is a string of posts I started in 2019 about a She-Wolf Roman coin that was silver but never came in silver so it had to be a modern reproduction. I still have it and it is quite an oddity. So coins of bronze are sometimes copied in silver or another metal for who knows the reason as they can't pass for ancient.
