Not sure,maybe a plating issue or post mint damage from being circulated. Lets wait and see what other members have to say.

@depo, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes that looks like a plating bubble to me. Can you poke it with the tip of a wooden toothpick to see if it depresses at all? Thx.

I first thought post mint and set it aside as I am trying to learn about my new hobby. When I found a better magnifying glass I looked again. It does appear that a deflated bubble makes sense. It has raised edges and center with a flat area in between. All appears solid. I say appear a lot because I'm clueless about coins. All advice appreciated, thanks.
P.S. should I put it back in the jar wheee I found it and find something more interesting?
