All of Oklahoma, Date and E PLURIBUS has MD. Letters MA from Oklahoma to show MD. My wonder is the 2 of the date. I'm not sure what's happened there. Top left outside curve and inside of just past inside curve. Lol couldn't figure out how to explain. Hope picture says it all.
