Hey all, does anyone know what Greek city this might come from or possibly who the Roman emperor bust is of? It's 12mm. Thanks for your help!

OK as no one is responding why not try I say. That eagle reminds me of the Claudius II eagle stance but that is a larger diameter coin. So this does not match but for size it is closer: It is a 13 mm Nero of Tralleis. It has the dotted border and is closer to your 12 mm being 13 mm. Though the eagle faces the other way. https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=6215728And by the way that is not the coin as the placement of letters don't match. But was there a Tiberius or Augustus or Claudius in a city close etc. That is what I'd look into.

Hey Louisville! I had to double check because I believed I made a mistake in my initial post. The coin is actually 17mm! Very sorry about that!! I was rereading what I wrote and thought 12mm seems really small...
Again, I appreciate your time in helping me with this & I do sincerely apologize for making that mistake!

Well now you really need to tell the weight as you are in the world of Alexandria Egypt tetradrachms if it is heavy. So the weight can rule out certain coins.

A comparison of the OP coin (right) with another Trajan from Gabala. This one (left) has a fuller flan and measures 19 mm.

That's it! omg I've spent probably in total about 15 hours trying to find this coin. I've had it for a few years and would give up looking and then come back and try again.. get frustrated.. and then leave it alone lol.
Thanks to you and louisville, very much. It makes me really happy. Pretty cool there's only 3 specimens known!
