There is one born every minute. Someone on ebay is selling a Monarch Precious Metals 1 oz silver buffalo round for $280.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/164696814584

And, if that isn't enough, they are adding $4.10 shipping. Monarch does make good stuff but really?!! I bought this coin from APMEX a couple years ago for probably $20. They have changed their design since then.

I collect different designs of one ounce silver buffalos (have about 100 now). It started from collecting Buffalo nickels. Yes, I know they're just bullion coins. But I can't imagine why the seller thinks it's worth this much. It hasn't sold so, hopefully, no one will buy it.

As a bonus, I saw an entry today where someone is trying to sell the National Collector's Mint 1 oz gold plated silver coin for $1500. How many do you want?

I know it's buyer's beware but I hate to see someone fall for these deceptions.

Report it to ebay? I Don't know if the seller is breaking any ebay rules or not though.

Supposedly e-bay says sellers can put any price they want on their listings . But this is ridiculous , why should the buyers have to wait until a bad listing is taken down before they know its safe to bid or purchase an item .
