1944 P Nickel - Need Help Identifying Doubled Die Obverse / DDO

Bogiesmokes Valued Member United States 197 Posts	Posted 07/20/2021 01:55 am Hi everyone, I'm seeing doubling and thickness on 'Trust' and notches on 'Liberty'...am I right? I've been trying to match this up with a DDO on Wexler's and Brian's websites but no luck. DDO-002 has a die gouge extending from the tip of Jefferson's nose, and this coin has a similar die gouge but I don't see a match. 002 and 001 have die clashes to the left of Jefferson's chin, but I don't see one on this coin. Brian's site doesn't really show the 'U' in 'Trust' on some of the DDO's, but what looks to be a doubled top right serif in the 'U' first caught my eye...am I wrong? *(Sorry for posting so many pictures, I tried my best to strike a balance between showing as much detail as possible while limiting the number of total pics).
