I found this while pack hunting today. I haven't been able to find any information on it except for one listing on ebay (unsold) for a similar note from a different bank.

The serial number on the left is a dark green while the serial number and seal on the right is mint green.

Any information or thoughts on it would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Looks like the ink fountain on one side may have been a little dirty.
The bill is not in the best of shape so I'm not sure if it would bring a premium or not.

Have you ever seen an error like this before? I have searched tens of thousands of bills and this is the first I have ever come across.

One of the colors that is making up the total ink hue is running a little low. As already noted, the difference in hue has shown up the one of the fountains for the serial number. A sign the the printer is requiring an ink refill.
Not really a big deal.

That would not be the only one.
These are printed 10 around per sheet so every sheet printed would have ten like that. It is hard to say how many sheets were printed before it was caught or they have just let the press run until it corrected itself.

Agree that this wouldn't carry much of a premium if any.
