Ok so most all of you have more experience per day looking at errors and such,am I crazy or is this dime struck on top of something else. Reverse Side "M" in America top left of "M" looks like a little "M" rite next to it? Also other things I am Seeing but you tell me , thanks.

@pwc, first welcome back to CCF. Second, that little bit of damage next to the letter M in AMERICA does look a bit like the left part of a miniature letter M. I think it is primarily Pareidolia though, as opposed to a dropped letter or other mint error.

There is no way that could happen during the striking of the coin so it is damage.
Please use a different background for your pictures, a white or gray background is ideal.

Ok if damage then why is it raised up like the othe other letters
And not dented in like a scratch would be. There are also other areas you can see if you look hard.

I would soak it in acetone, it could be resin or some form of residue stuck there. Its definitely not produce from the Mint.
