something is coming off the e in liberty and the 9 and 5 in the date is off as well.

Looks like a BIE error coin to me. Probably LDB4-1955-001. But check out this page: http://cuds-on-coins.com/ldb4-1955/

Below BE appears to be a die chip. Cannot enlarge photos for 1 9 issue.

Looks like a die chip beneath the E , Also cracked scull and possible Poor Man's DD .

A better picture of the date would be nice, but from what I can see it looks like a very tired die. (LDS) You can see the metal flow towards the rim.

might even be a few die cracks going through the date

As for the dot below the BE, It looks like a die chip - a future BIE as the chip enlarges

WADR, you need to find a different way of taking coin photos. Your coin looks like a die chip on Liberty,I do not know if it would be considered a BIE or not. Your coin looks like a possible "poor mans" doubled die, which is really a worn die issue.

Has this coin been posted in another topic? I seem to remember that die chip, and the possible die crack through the date.
