Looks like a die chip beneath the E , Also cracked scull and possible Poor Man's DD .

A better picture of the date would be nice, but from what I can see it looks like a very tired die. (LDS) You can see the metal flow towards the rim.
might even be a few die cracks going through the date
As for the dot below the BE, It looks like a die chip - a future BIE as the chip enlarges

WADR, you need to find a different way of taking coin photos. Your coin looks like a die chip on Liberty,I do not know if it would be considered a BIE or not. Your coin looks like a possible "poor mans" doubled die, which is really a worn die issue. John1

Has this coin been posted in another topic? I seem to remember that die chip, and the possible die crack through the date.
