Hey, y'all! I found another '86 penny with the L in Liberty pretty much gone. There is also a blob above it which I think might be a die dot? And then the obvious grease impediment on the back "States of."

Thanks in advance for your opinions and looking.

Try depressing the raised area with a toothpick. It could be a plating issue.
